When I started at Google a few months ago, I moved to California and was really excited to explore the area. But at the same time, my girlfriend moved 1,000 miles away — to Aspen, Colorado. (I’m sure she’s a professional snow-bunny by now.) We both use Gmail all the time and are total chat junkies. So when I got the chance to work on emoticons for Gmail Chat, I knew just what to do: <3 Hearts!
So this Valentine’s day, be sure to send your loved ones some low-fi <3 hearts. Of course they’re free, and if you’re using Gmail Chat, they’re even pink.

The Tribunal on Monday allocated 419 tmcft of water annually to Tamil Nadu and 270 tmcft to Karnataka, which however will actually release only 192 tmcft of water to Tamil Nadu in a year.
So whatz the impact in Karnataka, particularly in Bangalore where I presently live in:
*Banaglore roads are with much less trafic as TN reg.vehicles r off d roads, bcause of fear 
*People can’t go to their natives, as most of d buses are in depots. Fear of fire, as it will be the first target for anti-social elements. Coz ppl with benevolent mind will never do things which causes Crores of loss to government.
*Tamils channels being blocked by cable TVs providers and affecting almost 99% of Tamils who were barred from getting updates from Tamil new channels and also entertainment channels which we love the most.
*Thanks to DTH, which makes u master, as it allows u to view what u want ‘n’ not, what u get.
Still, I love this place but it will be more… if it is more people friendly….
