Mozilla Releases Firefox 2.0

Mozilla this week unveiled Firefox 2.0, the next generation of its Web browser that includes security enhancements and quite a few new features that make Web browsing a bit more fun and a lot more intuitive.

I don’t find much difference in appearance apart from features like updated tabbed browsing having close ‘X’ for each tab now and spell checking, itz really very handy and few more features..

Motorola C168 - BSNL MMS settings.

Here is the BSNL MMS settings for Motorola C168. After long time I tried using MMS in my mobile Motorola C168 and it worked :).

There is seperate profile settings for MMS (not GPRS). To send and recieve MMS, do the following: From Mainmenu>Messages>Menu(pressemenu key) >MessageSetup>Multimedia Msgs>ConnectionSettings.

Here in connection settings, u will find different profiles as seen in GPRS settings (Web sessions) in Menu>WebAccess > Web Sessions.

Create a new profile viz, bsnlmms and edit the profile with these data:

Hompage : http://10.31.53.18/mms/

Session mode : Permanent

Connection secured: don’t check (not secured)

Data bearer: GPRS Access point -> bsnlmms

IP address: 10.31.54.2

Authentication type : Normal

Username: PPP

Password: PPP123

Activate the profile and to test it, try sending a MMS template to ur mail address, U shud get that MMS in ur mail, I did the same. I recieved the MMS in my mail.
